Anyway, back to the fish eating life!
James made such a nice fish pie the other day. He has this Jamie Oliver's book and he made many nice dishes in Korea as well as in Ireland. The difference between Jamie and James is that James doesn't really explain what he does at each stage but he explains very last minute, for example, while we eat the food.
Another thing about James's cooking show is he tries to make his own brand out of this Jamie Oliver's fish pie by putting fish drawing and the name of the dish on the top of the food itself. Here you can see the drawing of a fish shape and it says 'fish pie' which became 'fish dif' after all the cheese melted in to the letters.
Since we can feed a lot of people with this one kind of food, whereas Korean food has too many side dishes you have to prepare every meal, it's much easier to cook this kind of food at home rather than cooking Korean food, I thought. Unless your mother sends you a lot of side dishes via post as most of Korean mothers do.
