Alternative Dining-out Culture

Alternative Dining-out Culture is started from many reasons. I know some restaurants, I don't know if I can say 'restaurant' for these kinds of places, anyway, they just cook anything they want, people will come and eat and pay as much as they think it was worth as. No menu, no price, but only your decision.
Whenever I meet a lot of friends from all over the world, we try to cook different dishes for each other, so we can share first culture, and nice food for our hungry stomach.

Who invented Cheese Cake? People just love it so much. And I do as well. Patrick is a baker. Well, since he made this cheese cake, I should say he is a 'Pâtisserie' now.

I also sometimes bake as well. Usually this kind of fruit cake. This one was mango cake. Bunch of my Spanish friends including Colombian and Peruvian came to my place before we went to learn salsa dancing. This was such nice hit. It takes some time to wait until the mango gets soft enough to put into the cake mix. I bought this mango about 2 weeks ago? After all that waiting, this came out really well.

And this is bindaeddeok I made. I didn´t really know real ingredient to put in, so I made my own brand. I used chickpeas, carrot, zucchini, flour, and soy sauce for the dip. When it rains, this food is the best with some comic books.

And this is Tiramesù Audri made. I forgot taking a picture of this, so I just opened the fridge and took a picture out of that! I thought Audri is French, but she is half Italian. She made such a beautiful dinner and this dessert for many of our friends.
It seems like I talked about only dessert this time. Well, next time I will write more about main dish as well.
