How to mix good nutritions

I had such a horrible nightmare yesterday- I was eating chicken in my dream. Since I decided to be a vegan, now more or less vegetarian with fish, I am pretty much a fish-eater now. However, this is not so great either when I eat tinned tuna. It is just not right. It smells strange, it feels awful. Interestingly, it was one of my favourite foods for my school lunch box.

I usually try to cook nice and healthy food. Risotto with barley can give you more essential amino acids. And if you cook mushrooms with oats and nuts, this will give you omega 3 fatty acid.
I don't know why I had such a horrible nightmare like eating chicken, yes, battery chicken, but on the other hand, I also wish one day I will get rid of this phobia about eating meat, at least poultry, perhaps. However, right now, I am happy not to eat things I didn't mean to.
Now, it's been more than three months? I still look fine, no malnutrition happening yet.
