Of course, according to the spelling rule, we have to write '자장면' however, I love to pronounce it as '짜장면' which has a merry sound in it.
I love this noodle dish because of its inspiring taste as well as an interesting memory about moving, graduation, or just friends. Even if we ignore the origin of noodle, there are so many things to talk about within this dish. Black bean sauce, a lot of onions, and the difference between normal jajangmyun and ganjajang. I am still not so sure about this difference yet. Perhaps, I need to study more about this dish not just taste every so often.
It was such a nice dinner though, especially with Jasmin tea. I really enjoyed!
