된장찌개-DoenJangJjiGae

Why? Why? Why does it taste so different?
I tried to make the same stew in Ireland, but it tasted not like this.
Here I am in Korea. I can enjoy proper one home made by myself.
What do you think could be the secret?
I don't understand....
Perhaps, the water is different in Korea to Ireland's?
